Wowza Reaffirms Streaming Market Price Leadership with $995 Fully

Full Featured, Extensible Wowza Media Server™ Pro Unlimited is Already
Proclaimed “the Smart Choice” by Customers Worldwide

San Jose, CA, December 10, 2007—Wowza Media Systems, emerging leader in
media streaming server software, today made Flash streaming even more
affordable with an 80% price reduction for its widely popular Wowza Media
Server Pro Unlimited. Now priced at $995, Wowza once again reaffirmed its
price leadership on a mission to make flash streaming server technology
affordable to all.

Since Wowza Media Server Pro launched in February 2007, Wowza has taken a
leadership role in radically redefining the economics of Flash streaming
and rapidly gaining over 3,700 licensees worldwide. Wowza’s customers have
proclaimed its Wowza Media Server Pro “the smart choice” and recognized
its value in the 2007 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice awards, naming it as
a top 3 media server choice along with Adobe and Microsoft.

The full-featured and extensible Wowza Pro Unlimited is available for
purchase immediately. The product provides cost savings over 75% compared
to Adobe’s recently announced Flash Media Interactive Server (FMIS),
scheduled for availability at the end of January 2008.

“The streaming market has reached a dramatic inflection point. The rise of
YouTube and its many imitators and the proliferation of interactive media
content demands a high-performance, scalable and right-priced Flash
streaming media platform,” said David Stubenvoll, CEO and Co-Founder,
Wowza Media Systems. “Our market success and unique position as the
independent streaming media server software provider allows us to empower
our customers to meet the challenges of this rapidly growing market.”

Wowza’s strong economic value, attention to customer needs and the robust
performance of its server has established Wowza Media Server Pro as the
preferred Flash media server choice with thousands of users.

“The technical expertise of the Wowza team and the support they gave us
made a huge positive impact on our business,” commented Norm Pearson,
Systems Engineer, Cengage (formerly Thomson Learning). “We can confidently
say that Wowza is the smart choice not only for us but for any company
that strives for success in Flash streaming.”

Paul Vizard, president of FLV Hosting, a pioneering Flash hosting provider
which recently replaced Adobe® servers with the Wowza platform, said,
“Choosing Wowza to be the exclusive platform for our Flash hosting
business is the smartest decision we made. For anyone who wants to do
large-scale Flash streaming, it’s a no-brainer that Wowza is, bar-none,
the only way to go.”

“The highly valuable content, such as audio concerts that we stream from
our spodtroniclive.com portal demand reliability and performance. Wowza
delivers beautifully on both counts,” commented Mikko Linnamäki, CEO,
Liquid Air Lab GmbH.

Smaller service providers, like Erlangen, Germany-based stream24
Webcasting, enjoy the personal attention Wowza provides. “With Wowza we
feel like a special client not just a client number. I appreciate such a
relationship,” said Adam Bardonski, General Manager, stream24 Webcasting.

Wowza is also simplifying its product line-up. Effective with this
announcement, the limited-connection Wowza Pro50 and Wowza Pro150 server
editions will be no longer available though the company’s web store. Wowza
Media Server Pro Unlimited offers unlimited connections and unlimited
bandwidth at a low $995 price. For more information, including product

Amino selected for Central America's first IPTV service

Cambridge, UK, December 6, 2007: Amino, the world leading IPTV platform supplier, today announced that Panama’s CTV Telecom has selected the AmiNET125 multi-codec Set-Top-Box (STB) for Central America’s first IPTV service. The AmiNET125 platform is specifically designed to help operators in emerging markets to introduce IPTV services with a flexible and cost effective approach. The AmiNET125 can also be used in European and North American markets for standard definition TV sets.

CTV has a purpose built high-speed 100% fiber optic network in the capital, Panama City, exclusively to deliver the new IPTV service. CTV offers subscribers pure IPTV services including telephone, broadband internet and television, with a choice of over 100 broadcast, music and on demand channels. An initial order for a substantial volume of AmiNET125 STBs has been placed. Further orders are expected as the delivery area extends to the rest of the country.

The AmiNET125 combines proven hardware and software architectures with the latest processor and peripheral components, to achieve the best combination of reliability, performance and cost. It combines the best features from Amino's previous standard definition products but adds USB 2.0 and a programmable multi-codec DSP capable of MPEG-2, H.264 and WMV9. Utilizing a new System-On-Chip (SOC) solution, the AmiNET125 also combines a powerful CPU and advanced, programmable DSP in a cost effective single package, which can be field-upgraded to support the addition of new services and codecs, helping increase average revenue per user (ARPU).

The AmiNET125 recently won the prestigious CSI Product of the Year Award in the category “Best IPTV technology”, ahead of the Microsoft® Xbox360® solution for IPTV. The CSI award was the third international accolade given to Amino’s multi-codec range of STBs in the last 2 years.

Capturing the Broadband Opportunity

Sao Paulo, Brazil - December 5, 2007

In Broadband World Forum Americas 2007, Nokia Siemens Networks presents its view of how the broadband market will develop in Latin America and how can operators make the most of the new market situation.

The broadband market in Latin America is growing rapidly. Internet is the main broadband application currently, but end-user demand and the market environment are changing. This will open up a number of opportunities for service providers.

How can service providers make use of these business opportunities? What kind of services will be expected from them, where will the revenue come from, and what technological upgrades are needed to meet future expectations? What role will regulation play in driving competition?

An expert session will be held at Broadband World Forum Americas 2007 to share Nokia Siemens Networks' view of Latin America's broadband market potential, and provide insight to how service providers can take advantage of the arising opportunities.

The presentation will be held by Martin Lüst, Head of Broadband Access business unit in Nokia Siemens Networks, in ITM Expo Auditorio A2 on December 5, 12:30-13:00 p.m.
