Wyndstorm and Media Mechanics Partner to Launch New Web Entertainment Channel

SAN FRANCISCO, January 25, 2010 - Wyndstorm (www.wyndstorm.com), social media architects, today announced a partnership with Media Mechanics Inc. An early-on effort will be the launch of a new streaming Internet entertainment station, offering both audio and video programming for a popular music genre, that will launch at SXSW (www.sxsw.com), the internationally recognized music and media conference and festival held March 11-19, 2011.

ECHOSTAR ACQUIRES ASSETS OF MOVE NETWORKS, LEADER IN ADAPTIVE STREAMING FOR OVER-THE-TOP VIDEO SOLUTIONS

Englewood, Colo., and American Fork, Utah - Jan. 6, 2011 - EchoStar Advanced Technologies L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation (Nasdaq: SATS), announced today that it has acquired assets of Utah-based Move Networks, the technology innovator delivering advanced solutions for large scale streaming of quality video on the Internet.
